I bought osrs gold and waited about a week b4 i did my dispute. After i put in for a dispute I got an email from GWTo.com right away to live chat with them. Soon as we start live chatting they told me close the dispute b4 delivery. I told them no that i wanted gold inventory first so they said come to this world at this location. I sat at there location for over 30 minutes waiting and once again they told me to close dispute first. Soon as i closed the dispute they started to ignore me. I also have a video of my screen of all this stuff going on. I called paypal and told them the whole situation and i ended up with a refund from paypal.
