This company started charging me 16 per month on my phone bill May. Verizon notified me today and when I called to complain, they are willing to send me a 3 month refund, and if I write them a letter they will refund me an additional 9 months. Leaving a ballance of $272. They state I signed up for this service which I never did. And I never used. As a matter of fact I never even heard of them before.
