I went into dunkin donts to meet with my insurance agent at 10am at Dunkin Donuts at 25th Street and 4th Ave in Brooklyn. I had my meeting... Went to have a cigarette outside... Walked my agent to his car directly out front and came back to NO car. The driver lied about everything... I am on film being in the store... I was told several storries about how they can justify towing the car all of which contradicted one another. He was threatening me verbally and with his stance... This business is not ligite. I want my money back as I was exorted for it.
