I applied for a free trial of oil from their web site and was informed I had to pay for postage. I then discovered that £89.79 was taken from my bank on 25 October. No oil has been recieved. When I checked the internet I discovered that this company takes money for a monthly supply of oil, goods that I have not recieved or want. I want a refund.
