Terrible Service

I ordered 2 x canvasses from UK Canvas / Balmer Media on 22nd July. It is now 15th September (8 weeks later) and I still haven't received them. I have contacted them via email numerous times with no response and when I have managed to get through to speak to someone they havent really seemed to know what they are doing but on each occasion have assured me that they would be delivered within a few days. I too spoke to Vicky the Production Managed on 23rd August and was promised that they would go to print on that day and be sent Recorded delivery.

I am now trying to obtain a refund and I would urge other Customers not to purchase anything from this Company.
