As I said before I called the company and complained about the cushions not regaining their shape after sitting on them and was told I needed the ones with more gel which is $20.00 more, and they would replace my cushion, today I recieved TWO new cushions AND tey have more gel in them than thre orignals I had ordered. AT NO EXTRA CHARGE, in my opinion they are an honest company. I no longer have any issuses with them, everyone else having problems with them I wish you good luck as I have had. All I can say is when and if you talk to them be polite, you know what they say you get more flies with honey than vinegar, not saying to belly crawl, just be polite like you like to be treated and talked to. Once again good luck!!
