They promised of an investment wherein my money will have 9% interest every month and that I will receive my money after a year and when I was due to receive my money I was told that they have a lawsuit with ABSA.

The consultant that I joined at avoids my call. I am only interested to know if there is a lawsuit between this company and ABSA? Or this is just a scam?
