Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered my girlfriend some heals which were in stock online via the store, paid for them everything was fine. They said it takes 2-5 working days for delivery, then today received an email saying the heals are no longer available in her size.
They were available when they were ordered and they had no money taking my money off me. I would absolutely avoid shopping here online. Service in the shop was really poor as well. 5 members of staff on and still had to wait for assistance and was the only person in the store.
