Ripped off

Ordered shoe and got confirm number. Paid extra for express delivery. Debit card was charged and yet shoes were not delivered and i called and was told order was cancelled because they needed more info. Yet no one contacted me. No email, no phone call. No one can tell me when the attempt was made, how or what they needed or why no credit has been given. Out and out fraud.
