Lack of sale items, rude staff. I went in for a sale item that did not have a limit. Suddenly, the limit is 2. The manager offered nothing for my trip in to his store. I boycotted Walgreens up until last month. I received a card and went back to today. I immediately went home and called the 800 number and cancelled my rewards card. I will never shop at Walgreens or Duane Reade. Nothing has changed in 18 months.
