Bad pizza

I ordered 2 medium pizza's one was bacon and beef the other was chicken and mushroom. They were bolth on the new pan crust. The beef and bacon one burned on the top and bottom. The chicken and mushroom one was raw dough in the middle. It was the worst piazza I have ever got! At first they were not going to replace it. But after complaining and asking to speak to the manager they agreed to replace them. I am not sure if I will get pizza from them again.
