Dunkin donuts really bad experience

My son and I visited our new Dunkin Donuts in Appleton, WI today. It just opened a couple of days ago and we went there to celebrate his school conferences.
When we sat down, there were two off duty employees sitting at the table next to us.
The male had taken off his work boots and was in his socks.
The female had a vulgar mouth - ranting on about "this place being f — d up". And "this is bull&t". This went on for several minutes before they left the building.
I spoke with the manager who let me know that while it was inappropriate, they were all working long days and those employees were "probably just letting off steam".

I was shocked he even attempted th justify that behavior.
Also, the paper menu prices and the overhead menu prices are not the same on some items.
When I questioned the shift leader, he stated "yeah I know". I was charged the higher price.
We will NEVER go back.
I don't see a long future for them. There is way too much competition that is by far superior
In this part of town.
