Hale Damage to property - Standard Bank Insurance

I have insurance with Standard Bank more than 12 years now and after a hail storm we had I contacted them there is only a little crap repairs done to my house. The people that were given the work to do not contact me back and even the ones that comes out only looks out for Standard Banks pocket. With numerous complaints to customer service at Standard bank the problems is not fixed. I will now be going with my lawyers to the police with a case of fraud against standard bank. It is now three weeks after the storm more than enough time to have done the repairs just show you what people in standard bank thinks of their customers. Just writing this letter to let everybody else know what kind of company standard bank is as I do not think they will contact me back as they are useless.
