Ebate - samsung refr

I purchased a refrigerator from HH Gregg and the representative offered to mail in my rebate for me, a couple of weeks later I recieved a letter from HHGregg that I didn't send enough information in for them to process my rebate (receipt). Alone with the letter, I send in the receipt so I can retreive my rebate from them and it's been over a month and still haven't received any word or rebate from them. They don't have a number to call and talk to someone, the number they do have goes to a electronic messager where you can't leave a message. A big rip-off
