Daxmart - illegitmate, hidden fees, late/no shipment, terrible customer service

TERRIBLE company, if you can even call them that. They advertise free shipping, but charge for "shipping insurance" an amount that you never know until it is charged to your credit card. They are obviously not a legitimate company as they continually lie and make up stories about why they can't send you shipment confirmation or a tracking number. Where they get their products is a mystery to me, but they are NOT an authorized dealer of any of their products. I would assume their products are not legitimate. Do not buy from them. They also have terrible customer service and are extremely rude on the phone, and put you on hold for unbelievable lengths of time. This is definitely a fraudulent company. Save yourself a lot of worry and simply do not buy from them.

For those of you that have already made a purchase and are just now feeling like it was a mistake, there is hope. They did issue a complete refund to the person I know that bought from them. If they can't prove shipment to you, then you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. If not, you may absolutely dispute the charges through your credit card company.
