I went to a website because I was looking to buy an English bulldog. I found one were a lady was selling one for $300. Her email address is ashleycolo67@yahoo.com. We exchanged a few emails back and forth about the dog and myself. And Friday 11/2 I told her that we would love to have the dog. She was going to have to ship the dog to us since she lives in Florida and I live in Indiana. I received an email Saturday morning telling to wire the $300, which I did. Well a few hours later I get another email saying that now I need to send an additional $650, told them I could not do that because I did not have that much money to send. That is when the man on the phone asked who much money I would be able to pay because the company would pay the rest and I would be refunded the money back. I told him the most I can do would be $200. He said ok so I wired the additional $200. Once I did that he said I would receive the dog Sunday morning around 8 am. So then Sunday morning rolls around and they call about the time they said the dog would be arriving. He tells me that I can not receive the dog today because they are waiting on paperwork from the vet and the vet is not open on Sundays. So that brings me to today, which is Monday. I receive another email and phone call from them telling me that I need to send $1850 for Pet Insurance for the dog. Now at this point I have no more money to send and truly believing this is a scam. As of today, 11/05, they have scammed me out of over $500.
