I ordered a sample and it was delivered... About $3 is what it cost. They sent a month's worth of product in addition to the sample. I didn't open the monthly-product. Their website says they have a 30 day money-back guarantee. I called them today to request a RMA (return) number. They said no. I told them it had only been 2 weeks and that, according to their own guarantee, I still had 2 more weeks to return it. They said no. This should be a case of breach-of-contract?
