Returned two pillows since didn't know my sister ordered and asked for a refund for ones I purchased. When I checked my account they only refunded $16.50 of the $37.94, I paid. They kept $21.54. What a way to make money. How is it possible they can do that? You can bet I won't be doing business with this outfit anymore and am going on Facebook to make sure others don't get "taken" by them.
