I responded to a craigslist advertisement for used Hobiecat sails. I called Dee who said he would be willing to ship the sails. I sent $100 via Western Union. He said he sent the sails via Fedex. I asked for tracking numbers. He said he'd send them, again and again. Never did. Never sent the sails. Stole the $100.
