I ordered a mainsail on September 9 after a long and useful talk with Peter Murphy. They had a plan whereby I could pay in 4 equal monthly payments. The sail was to be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks. After 10 weeks I sent an email message but no response. I called and got voice mail. Then I noticed that the web site was down "for maintenance". I see that I am not the only one in this situation with Peak Sails.
I contacted the credit card company to cancel future charges (only 2 of the 4 charges have been processed at this point so hopefully I can cut my losses.
