False Advertising

I was told by Fingerhut to answer a survey and receive a free gift. I did and was informed by MaxNiam jewlery that I only had to pay s&h charges of $5.99 for the watch. Now i see where they have if you don't cancel your order in 14 days, then they will bill you for $98.00 for the watch.
