I went to get the battery on my watch replaced. They wrote a ticket and told me to return the next day. This is a basic procedure done at all the watch/jewlery places. I returned the next day and I had to pay $10.00 (because it was already done) for a service that usually costs $4 - $6.

The place is a ripoff! They just said that is their price and didn't care what others charge.

Don't bother going there unless you're looking for terrible customer service.
