I called HP Technical Support at the number on their web site - 1-866-933-7256. My Palm TX Personal Data Assistant (PDA) would not work with Micorsoft Windows 7 Home Premium software, which is the operating system installed on my computer. The HP customer service representative took my credit card information and proceeded to correct the problem with my PDA. He told me that it had to "charge up" for 24 hours and then call him back. He gave me an HP cas number, which is 1-511447194881. When I called back the phone number was no longer in service. Also, their other phone number, 1-877-426-3777 was disconnected.
I want my Palm TX PDA fixed.
