Last month (OCT 3) I was on occasion the (week prior to the reported date) to order a pizza to be delivered at my address.
I have ordered Pizza from said company for years in my former city which is Salt Lake City, UT. NERVER NEVER NEVER ANY PROBLEMS UNTIL I moved to this area, Lake Elsinore.
I ordered online and entered my credit card number as I have always done. The kid gets to my door and insisted on cash; when I told him it was already paid for online, he called and the a manager insisted on cash. I had to drive down the hill to an ATM and pay the kid who had a terrible attitude; no wonder these kids are getting beat down and robbed and worse. This kid was very anal retentive!
A week later the same thing, different kid but the same kind of attitude. Complain to the manager? BUll, because That's the person condoning all of this. This second time I told them to keep their pizza, when there are a thousand pizza restaurants. Once you lodge a complaint you do not do business with these places because they can do anything to your food the next time you order something.
Please be advised: there are no embellishments here all fact, as this is what one gets when you turn your business over to a kid
