I too bought what I thought was a sample. Ended up being charged 16 days later $79.87. Today I called the company as per my banks instructions. They pretend they can't hear you.invert numbers, can't spell your name. Finally find it. I say I would like to cancel. No wait we will give you a discount on your next shipment. I must have said no thank you 15 times. Then I got angry. Told them I was reporting them. Finally she de-activated my account. Have an e-mail to prove but what a scam. I'm still out the money for a tiny little jar of crap...
