Ordered 2 free trial of vitalyze and sylkskin paid cn$3.02 for each last oct. 30. Today i found out that they charged $82.03 from my credit card account and i have not receive the products. Now i called to customer service 1-866 405 1578 she ask an apology for the delay. I told her that i want to refunded my money. When she notice i'm not interested their products she offerred me 30% discount i told her i want my money back she offerred again 40% then landed to 50% discount. I rejected her offer then while i'm still talking i was found out the line was busy. This is a BIG SCAM
