The bank suspected this was a fraudulent transaction from widely known scamsters Hydrosupport, but allowed the transaction to clear my account and yet they have no difficulty in subsequently cancelling my legitimate transactions. As guardians of our funds they need to get serious about protecting their customers and ensure we don't have to suffer the huge inconvenience caused by then having limited access to my own funds!!!
