Took a two year old battery back for replacement and was told they couldn't do anything without the warranty card and bill of sale. I took a 2 year old battery back to the Waterdown Cdn Tire this summer without warranty card and bill of sale and they traced it on their computer and I received a rebate on a new battery. Will not deal with James St. Br. Again because they were just too lazy to look up the information. Bought a battery at Costco.
