Paid p&p for 'FREE' sample. Received the sample - which is utter rubbish - and they charged £63.24. Been to see TSB, Scotland to try cancelling any further charges and this is ongoing. I received another parcel yesterday but I told the P. O to 'return to sender' - which they have - now I have to wait another 15 days to see if I've been charged, before I can do anything else.
