This company scammed me out of money

Early one morning about 9am, I recieved a phone call from a lady saying I could get four magazines for the low price of $4.99, and by subscribing I would recieve a diamond watch either male or female my choice. I listened to the background of the call, it seemed to sound busy so I that nothing of it then the lady stated that I would be making 60 monthly payments of the 4.99 which would be 68.28 a month. The lady stated that the money wouldn't be takin out of my account right away but it was. All of my Billing info was completed by a man. The titles of the magazines was read to me so fast, as well as the numbers to cancel the order for the magazines. Three days later I recieved a letter in the mail for the watch I had won, and on the back of the letter was a place for me to cancel my transaction, so I signed it an mailed it back to them. The letter stated that my money would be back on my card within ten business days, that was on the 15th of October I mailed it, and its November the 1st, and still no money on my card, I want my money back. Don't fall for this, its a scam.
