Similar to the others, I ordered 2 camera cards using living social vouchers. This was in June. I contacted them in July, August and September querying why I had received no cards to be given initially plausible but different each time excuses, again by John Wheeler, about delayed delivery of the cards to them, that they were overwhelmed by high volume of requests, that the delivery of ards to them had gone to the wrong address etc. They then stopped responding to my emails and calls. Living social refunded the money I paid to them but not the delivery charge. I am so incensed by the lack of customer service I recommend everyone make an official complaint to the ombudsman in the uk. The amounts may be small but they add up when so many people are being ripped off by this company.
