The short version of what happened: I went in to make a stamp purchase and was told that I had to buy something in addition to the stamps in order to use a debit card. I asked why this is. Danny Smiel made a rude & snide remark from behind a reflective partition. It was uncalled for and inappropriate. The man has bad manners and should not be in his position if he can not control himself.
