I purchase an order online in the amount of $7.99 thinking it was just for shipping & handling charge Volvado-Fondsprays or what ever name that you use took $95.00 out of my checking account causing a negative balance and causing my bank to charge me $30.00 overdraft fee. I am know in a negative balance of $125.00. I am a retiree not making but a certain amount. I cannot afford any more money taking out. I am asking PLEASE refund my Money back brining my accout out of negative balance.

Update: 10/18

The only follow up I have is a copy of the statement that the bank sent me showing where the company took the money out of my bank account and where the bank charge me $30.00. I need to know where I can fax the statement to.
