Ordered for the 14 day trial - no where was it mentioned one had to call to cancel w/in 14 days of theorder date. Not even when person called to "confirm" order. I even told that person I was not authorizing ANY additional charges other than the initial $4.95 for each. I emailed to cancel future (which they are - hopefully) and was told to call the 888 number. I called & got a rude CS person who hung up when I said I was going to file a despute with my credit card company.
