Well I said before how I got ripped off. I filed a complaint with Delray Beach police case # 12-1337 I did this the day after I posted on here prior. As to date the Justin Popps has been arrested. Jude Woolston the police can not pin down to where he is. Any help on this would be great. The police said they could not figure out who Ryan Zofay was they had no record of him. I spend the time looking. Florida has a great website called sunbiz.org. All companies are listed there. Ryan Zofay is non other then Business Man Francis Ryan Zofay from 7926 Blackwood Lane Lake Worth Fl. He business is called Best Masonry of South Florida, INC. His company phone number is 561-966-8994 Ryan Zofay (Francis) was Vice President of Country Club Quarterly. From what I got from his Attorney is he invested money into the business and when he realized it was a Scam he Resigned as Vice President as of Apr. 3 2012. Most of us all got scammed in Jun-Aug. If he would have blown the whistle in April to the police we would have not been scammed. So I feel that if they can't get the money back from Jude who was president then We should all go after Ryan Zofay for the money. Since he new it was a scam and did not tell the police and left it go on he is just as much at fault as the rest of them in my book.
