I ordered a sample from Sylk Skin and thought nothing more of it.
Today I have received another jar of the same cream that I did not order. I have contacted the dispute team on my credit card and they have told me to speak to them.
I have just rung them and the answerphone message was that they were closed for the night. Here it is 11.44 am. I don't know the time in Florida but I will look it up.

Tomorrow I will be ringing them and saying exactly the same thing to them that has been written in a complaint by another person, I will tell them that I will involve the police the television and newspapers. I will also write to the President, whoever it is before I will be taken in and pay for something I DID NOT ORDER AND DID NOT WANT.
