I filled out a form to get a short term loan on 12/23, On 10/30 i looked at my on line banking and noticed that this company took out $30.00 out of my acct. So i called the bank to find out how this company can take out money from my acct with out me even them permission to before i looked over the term of loan. Got no answer they said it was done. I than went and called this company to get my money back and they said no that it was a fee for the paper work if i took the loan that i never saw the terms of so i ask if i can get my money back and they told me that the best they can do is to give me a $100.00 gas card that i still did not see. I think what this company did should be against the law. Now if i took the loan than they should of stated to me about the fees for the paper work not take the money first and not give it back because i did not take the loan. Thank you for time tom kipp
