I just received the same email with the heading "My Will/Donation (contact My Lawyer on email: keystonelawfirm@rogers.com.

The same bull was provided as the other message. I also checked Keystone Law firm and his name is nowhere on the staff listings. I hate when these people use innocent names with situations like cancer, etc. It is so sick.
I did provide my name, address and phone but nothing more. I am also sending him another email noting that this is just a scam so get lost and may God bring hell upon you for doing such an evil act towards people.
