Today I received an "EXPRESS NOTICE" advising me that I was to receive the above noted payment—I suspected it was a hoax and went on line to research the company—I was right, after all if you really are entitled to a prize you should not have to pay a processing fee!!! This is the second notice I received—I didn't file a complaint before I simply ignored it—but enough is enough.
