HP repair and pc repair changed my computer settings and IP address no longer can use PC so I turned off called my credit card company for resolution. Lifetime of service is a scam they dont answer the phone or return messages. Remote repair through microsoft free service should be a clue that they are scam artist they got me dont let them get you! Not listed on the BBB of Florida either.
