I had a phone call asking if i wanted a loan as i was refused from the bank, i went through the form with a woman over the phone and when i was told about the £68 admin charge i said i no longer wanted the loan yet on the 25th £68 was taken from my account! I have tried to get on there website to get a refund form but as i didnt apply online it is impossible to get to that part of the website! I have a very low income and this is ridiculous!!
