There was an ad for a Toyota truck on line. Responded to ad. Was told to go to website http://sites. Google.com/sitetoyotatacoma4x4truck/
Person by e-mail was selling for $3000.00. As we were interested we replied to his e-mail and were sent in return an e-mail from ebay@motorsvppsupport.com with an eBay Motors Purchase invoice # VPP-757902316 requesting a down payment of $1,300.00 to be sent via Western Union to Nancy Sullivan, San Marco 249, Venice, 30131 Italy since Lt. Eddie Clark is supposed to be in the USAF stationed in Aviano, Italy. He said he had his US cell phone 1-415-800-3145 and could call him if we liked. We did not try to call him. I just dialed the number and let it ring 10 times with no answer.

The $1300.00 was sent via Western Union 10-26 @ 11.26 AM CDT, receipt MTCN: 634-845-9478. The original invoice stated we would complete the transaction after the truck was delivered. Today we received a message that we need to pay another $1300.00 within 3 days and the balance of $400.00 within 5 days. That is when we got worried something was wrong. Checked on e-bay's website and found out they do not act as a go between for transactions and that anyone requesting payment through Western Union is a scam.
