Father was told won 500,000.00 second place prize. Don Jenkins (202-370-7656) told father to call State of Texas 718-354-8989, which is a New York phone # to verify. After searching ph # three recent scams came up. (all same), different name but same #. They mentioned after recieved 900.00 funds would be released.
