I ordered some merchandise through their website for total of $245. During processing my order they claimed that my credit card did not go through on their side and they asked me to send them cash. To finalize my purchase they suggested that I send the money via Western Union and I did. After recieving the money in their account they sent me a track # for USPS shipping. They assured me thatI will receive my merchandise within 72hhrs. I waited for the shippment several days and started to get worry. There was not any news from USPS until Oct. 20th which I was told the package is in the US Custome for clearance. On October 25th after checking with USPS I found out that the package was delivered to someone elses name and an unkown address in San Jose California. Apparently they sent the package to one of their scam team member. I tried to reach the company by email numerous times but they did not respond to me, they did not return my emails. It seems that they have vanished from the planet of earth. The BIGCLOTHESMALL.com is a fake company their operation is fraudulent. They are scam. Iam a victim of scam by the Bigclothesmall.com. I don't know how to get my money back from the Bigclothesmall.com? How could they be stopped scaming people?
