I was selected to participate on an online consumer questionnaire. Upon completion, i was offered a range of free trial products as a thank you. I selected the ecigs plus £6.99p for postage and a further £29.99p for 2 refills. Although these money was paid, i later discovered from my statement of account that a further £ £73.98 from my account and £75.00p from its sister company from which i made no purchase. The total amount is £148.98p. As a result of which my account went into overdraft with an over drat charge of £6.00p per day until such a time as my account is in the red. I had wanted to write to the company for reimbursement of my money, but i have been unable to find a legally registered trading office.
