JetSetFutures Taking 99.62 Dollars From My ICICI Bank Credit Card

On 25/10 i was charged for 1.00 dollar through my ICICI Bank Credit Card with my knowledge after 3 days on 28/10 i was charged for 99.62 dollars in my same credit card without my knowldege i came to know abt this after i received a sms from ICICI Bank i immediately called the customer care to refund that money but they said is already transaction done so they could not refund the money but they can block the card and i request them to block my card. They advised me to complaint to Jetsetfutures to refund so i visited there website but there is no any contact deatails like phone num or email add to send them a complaint mail i am very tensed what to do any one can help me to get my money back
