Auto Pay Billed $392 and Prepaid Promotion Later Called Fraud

We provided credit card auto pay they are billing as they like 392 and also some called me from dish network with promotion to pay 200 for next 6 months in advance and get i year of free service, when I called today they are saying it was fraud. But the person was able to tell all my details on the account and then I proceeded further with the promotion, Now dish says we cannot do anything i need to pay the amount for the service which was given as promotion. How and who will help this issue
