I ordered a trial beauty kit for £3.95 which was delivered. Two months later a second arrived which I did not order. It is still unopened and cannot return it as there is no address.
I have just received my bank statement and find that they have charged me £49.95. I am a pensioner and cannot afford this for a product that I find does not work. How can I return it and get a refund? 9
