Something black and slimy in the "all white meat" chicken fritter - Pizza and Wyngz

We purchased a DiGiorno Pizza & Wyngz combo from our local supermarket yesterday. When my husband bit into one of his supposedly "all white meat" chicken fritters he was horrified to find something black & slimy within the chicken (see video). I have saved the rest of the fritter in question, as well as the packaging and receipt and will be looking into filing a complaint.
