Lack slimy segment in "all white meat" chicken fritter - Pizza and Wyngz

We were shocked to find something black & slimy in our supposedly "all white meat" chicken fritter that came with DiGiorno 's Pizza & Wyngz (see video). I would like to know what my husband may have partially ingested and how this came to be in one of your frozen meals.

I have kept the chicken in question, the packaging and receipt and will be looking into filing a complaint on Monday.
